I want to start forex trading online. I own regular stock, but never dabbled with forex. Which online company is best for beginners? I’m a quick learner, so even if you would say it’s for "intermediate" traders, I’d be OK.

I’m a middle aged guy, really sick from my day job, really inappropriate pay and not much physiological gain as well. I wanted to try my hand the stock market to get that real supplementing income but was a little worried about the risks since I’m into a total pro around the stock market.
We’ll anyway, my co-worker told me about forex trading, and told me that Its not as risky as trading In the stock market and the gains are substantial. So I’m looking to get Into forex trading and Into the money market rather than the stock market, he’s also told me he’ll give me a decent Insight into trading Into forex. So I think Forex Is the way to go for me. Any advises before I start out?

Currently a university student in Australia, majoring in Economics and Finance. This semester, I am doing a finance course where I am expected to go to a dealing room and start trading – dealing simulation. So, there will be two groups where companies will be quoting from banks (companies and banks).

I’m out of ideas as to how I should trade and be the best in the dealing room, in terms of strategy. Any ideas? Five stars for best answer. Thanks!

Background: Fundamentals, with an investing strategy out of the Graham playbook (by distressed, unloved or otherwise underpriced securities). Risk is minimized by having a margin of safety, higher upside than down, and by buying into companies that can be understood and predicted down the line.

However, finding a good opportunity tends to leave at least some cash floating around. Aside from dumping it into a placeholder stock like BRK.B, moneymarket, etc. I am interested in utilizing, to some small degree, daytrading.

Basically:
(1) How is risk managed in security day trading? Forex trading?

(2) Do the few successful traders operate by intuition or determinism?

(3) How wide of a scope to most traders take? Ten stocks? One hundred? All of them? Similarly, how wide of a scope do forex’ers employ?

(4) Is there a way to get a hold of raw market data, outside of the wacky software like eSignal, etc?

I came across this forex brokerage company www.instantforex.tk .They are not "HYIP" sites and they mention the brokers wher they are going to invest.Many people have been seriously paid ! Has any 1 tried it??Should i invest?

my friend introduce me to this company forex macro and told me about investing in it. well i done my own research and found that there are people who are please and made some profit while there are some websites which declare it a scam. my friend invested 3000 dollars and on his account it shows profit of 21 dollars per day. i only invested 200 dollars and i’m getting 93 cents per day with the fixed plan just to taste the waters. i want to know of people who actually invested it and there replies good and bad. also i would like to hear if anybody had any problems withdrawing money when they cashed out.

I have been in contact with 3 other companies like world market systems. Ultimate Wealth Package, Forex Enterprises and Online America Group. Has anyone had any experience with any of these? The whole affiliated marketing system just doesn’t make sense to me?? Am I not smart enough to figure it out?? Why would ebay or amazon need my page to have a link on it? If I want to go to ebay myself, I just go to it, I don’t look for another webpage for a link? Could someone explain this to me? Thanks!

Hello.I have offshore company(IBC) registered in Belize. My company isn’t liable to any taxation in Belize on any international profits( generated outside of Belize, which includes US). I will use this company to open trading account with US-registered broker. I’ll be trading primarily forex, but also currency futures and ETFs. This will be my only US activity. I’m predominantly a day-trader, so short-term capital gains. My company WILL NOT have permanent establishment in US(so, income not effectively connected). It will not be a US resident. I’m a citizen of Lithuania and a resident of Poland.Will I be liable to any capital gains taxation in US? My broker will only withhold taxes on dividends and interest(no tax treaty between US and Belize), not on cap. gains. If so, would I need to obtain a TIN or file any tax forms notifying IRS of my cap. gains? W-8BEN ,1040NR? Or both? Will there be any backup withholding on my capital gains? What can I do to avoid it? In fact, I am very much open to re-imbursing the company the fee for the course over an agreed upon period of time as a percentage taken off of future paycheques. As for my sales skills, experience, intelligence, and other job related abilities; they are outstanding as far as that goes.
