Is forex dealing a good option for investing?

There quite a number of companies promising good returns in forex,some of them are promising upto 5% returns. Any body knows dealing with forex which are not scam.
can anybody also give me names of companies that can invest forex on my behalf.I am uninitiated as far as forex dealing is concerned.Any company that ican invest in forex ,they do the neccessary investmentand give me back the returns/profit

My dad does a lot of forex trading and has made great money off it. He has friends that started out with 100 grand and are now billionaires.

There are many FOREX companies out there. Most are legitimate. No or little "regulation". Do some web searches. Read reviews of service (threads on boards).
This is a great market…. know it well before you trade. Take 6 months to a year to learn. If you don’t… you’re just gambling & will lose your money!
Even after 6 month to a year, you will probably lose your money. 90% of FX traders lose their monmey! If you get a demo account, (Oanda.com has a good one), you can practise with demo money on the real FX market. One fx investor is quoted as saying,
"There are approx. 36 steps to being successful at FX Trading. If you have tried FX trading, and failed badly 36 times, then you may know enough to profit regularly".
…or, you can invest your money with the pros….

If you don’t understand FX investing well, I suggest you let a company do it for you and invest in that company or broker, or you could end up a very poor person.
