hi
forexsignal.com is a very good service.try them out. they trade on our behalf on our fxcm account. check there performance out too.its good.i will be using them very soon.hve been looking at them for along time now.just waiting to fund my account and off i go.
also i know alot of people who just have one personal account and invest other peoples money in it too and trade, abit like a pool fund then share the profits.i dont think you need a license for tht really, not sure.
you can also find all kinds of forex information on http://www.onlineforexinfo.com relating to automated trading, top robots and platforms, softwares and much more.
best of luck.
p.s you need to expand your question abit so it can be answered properly.

Are you billing a customer and have a payment coming in from them? If so bill only in US Dollars and state payment terms USD payments only and provide your bank instructions.
Ticker symbol: ERSO.
What do you think of it?
yes.
There are many services like the one you have described.
